As we head into warmer months, the Village of Beaver Crossing would like to remind residents of important Village codes.
Buidling Permits: Are you considering a building project? New constructions and additions almost always need a building permit. So if you live in Beaver Crossing or a one-mile radius of town, a permit needs to be turned in for approval before the project begins. Stop by Village Hall or on-line under Resident under Building Permits. Permits need to be returned to the Village office by the 15th of the month to be approved.
Yard Mainenance: weeds & grass height must be kept under 8 inches of height. including the alley. It is unlawful to allow garbage, junk, debris, or waste to accumulate on your property.
